Heyy! How is January over? Time sure does fly by. It's crazy how slow time seemed growing up. I couldn't wait to be 18 and out in the real world on my own. Now, I want time to slow down so I can enjoy life at a slower pace. I guess it's true what they say about kids - "Time flies when you have your own!" They weren't kidding!

This month was busy! We started off by an extended visit from Grandma Chris and Papa Pat. The weather was too bad for them to head home when they were supposed to. So everyone enjoyed some extra time on the VR and the boys loved spending time with them. Emerson and Papa enjoyed doing science projects together

The boys had basketball every Saturday and practice during the week. Both boys have improved so much. It's so funny to watch their personalities out on the court. Ryker is super nice (he'll always be the "nice" guy!) and Emerson will fight you for the ball. Either way they both enjoy it. Next up is Football and Baseball!

Craig went to Oklahoma to spend some time with family and of course racing was involved!! He ended up getting COVID and came home early. Ryker and I also ended up with COVID so for a week we were all stuck at home together. It was chaos here. Emerson and Paxton were the lucky ones and they didn't catch anything! Thank Heavens.

Paxton - well he's a terror. He gets into everything and boy does he know how to get his way! With every single person in our family. He's just a little bit spoiled. He loves picking out the Marshmallows in the Lucky Charms. He loves eating and running around! He has the best little neighbor friends. He gets excited when we say we're going to see them. Pax got to work with Dad and Mom while everyone was sick with COVID. He loved it.

The older boys went to the dentist and Emerson did so good! He had a couple cavities and Ryker had none! We learned that both boys have very large teeth and not enough room so eventually we'll be headed to the orthodontist.

Ryker and Emerson are loving school and enjoying Indiana. They have made some awesome friends and look forward to making lots of memories this year!
