Weight-Loss Journey Day 8 & 9

Yesterday was my first "REAL" day back in the gym. I actually was focused and worked hard to get my sweat on. Yesterday I did straight cardio for 30 minutes. I walked out of the gym and felt so GOOD and PROUD that I was back in my place were I have true sanity for at least an hour.
Today my workout kicked my butt and oh man did I break a sweat fast. I will post my workout below. It was a 24 minute workout with a 20 minute cardio (I only had time for 6 minutes of Cardio), so I did the bike and challenged myself to an uphill bike ride (if only it was real). I'm not sure I have ever sweat that much in my life. It felt so great.
Last night for dinner we had leftover Taco's - I had a bowl and put everything on it, but sour cream and tortillas. I'm a true believer that Avocado is MUCH better than any other topping. It was delicious. I have had it as left overs all week for lunch.
Tonight I made Cilantro Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa - OH MY GOSH - HEAVEN! This recipe was so amazing. I also made some Cilantro Lime Rice to go with it, my whole family ate it and LOVED it.
This has nothing to do with losing weight, but it does have to do with my Journey to find happiness - organized = HAPPINESS! Do any of you use containers to put things like noodles, oats, chocolate chips, etc... I just bought some containers to get rid of all the boxes and bags and everything unnecessary. My husband thinks I'm absolutely crazy, but I feel much BETTER knowing I won't have half eaten cereal boxes open anymore on my shelves.... Who's with me?
