Weight-Loss Journey Day 4 & 5

Yesterday was a rough - I worked from home because both boys were sick, and lets just say I had a major cheat day.

Yesterday was also my rest day - I did not do much, except for gain a bunch of energy towards the end of the night (ya know when it's time for bed), so I did all the overflowing dishes sitting in the sink and picked up Emerson's toys that were all over the living room.

I did not eat the best either. (That cookie dough in the fridge was calling my name all dang day!) At least we have today to do better!

I did however, drink 1 1/2 gallons of water. On Tuesday night I decided to put some lemon, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries in my water and let it sit overnight. I went through my gallon of water before 2 pm! It was refreshing and so great. I did it again last night, instead of lemon I used limes (I prefer those over lemons).

Today my workout is 15 minutes of Cardio - I LOVE CARDIO, it's probably my favorite.

(The below is not exact - I had premade fruit bowls on Sunday night and I dumped the entire container with fruit into my gallon jug and included lemon!)
