Weight-Loss Journey Day 3

Today I did a 20 minute workout at home before I went and got my kiddo from school. (below is the workout I completed)

This time around I've been working on drinking a gallon of water per day. I got this awesome Gallon Jug from RTIC below is a picture and the website so you can head on over and grab yourself one. Take advantage of the 70% off. This bad boy was $35 originally $100. I've been doing so well on my water intake.

Repeat 2x (it says to do it 4x, however with time, I did not get 4 in)

Step Ups: 24 reps (12 each leg)

Push ups: 12 reps

Sit ups: 24 reps

Dips: 12 reps

Side Plank: 30 seconds each side

Mountain Climbers: 60 seconds

Rest: 60 seconds

Day 3 down. Mind over Matter. It has not been easy to stay on track, and it's been MAJOR commitment to stay on track.

I'm wanting to try a Water detox, if anybody has suggestions on what works, PLEASE let me know. :)
